Windows Neptune-inspired Material Welcome Screen

Before Windows XP came to be, Windows Neptune was the NT-based OS Microsoft was working on, developing off of Windows 2000. Eventually, it became part of XP. Prototype builds of it were leaked, including an interesting minimal welcome screen. I like it, even though it's a little outdated, so I made this new Material Design mockup based on it.
